Job Title: HR Professional (Female) Location: Zirakpur Company: Rana Infracon (India) Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1 year (Freshers with strong communication can also apply) Role Overview: We are seeking HR Executive to manage core human resources functions and contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and engaging work environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, project-driven industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and documentation. Maintain employee records and manage HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance in coordination with finance/admin teams. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievance redressal. Liaise with external vendors and consultants as required for HR operations. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of hands-on HR experience Sound knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
