Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of human capital management.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Recruitment & Staffing
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies.
  • Write and post job descriptions.
  • Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • 2. Employee Relations
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Mediate disputes and ensure fair treatment.
  • Promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • 3. Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Organize workshops, courses, and career development programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous learning.
  • 4. Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop and manage salary structures and payroll.
  • Administer employee benefits (health insurance, leaves, bonuses, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and compensation standards.
  • 5. Performance Management
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs.
  • Support managers in giving feedback and coaching employees.
  • 6. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting.
  • 7. Strategic HR Planning
  • Align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Forecast future workforce needs.
  • Drive organizational change and talent management initiatives.
  • 8. Workplace Safety & Wellbeing
  • Promote health and safety policies.
  • Support wellness programs and employee assistance initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
