Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Recruitment Support:

Assist in posting job ads on various platforms.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.Conduct initial screening of resumes.Maintain candidate databases.

2. Employee Onboarding:

Help with the onboarding process of new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.).Prepare employee files and ensure all HR records are up to date.

3. HR Operations:

Maintain attendance and leave records.Salary Process and payroll preparation and coordination with finance if needed.Help in processing employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, etc.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure proper maintenance of employee records (digitally or physically).Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.

5. General Administrative Tasks:

Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.Handle correspondence and other administrative duties as needed.Requirements

Skills Required :-
