Job Description

Role & responsibilities

*Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

*Handle ESI, PF, and statutory compliance activities independently, maintaining timely filings, records, and liaising with authorities.

*Update and maintain employee records, manage attendance, leave, and coordinate with finance for salary disbursements.

*Ensure all statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax) are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements.

*Support HR audits and respond to payroll and statutory compliance issues as required.

*Assist in HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

*MBA in HR or a relevant discipline (mandatory).

*5 to 7 years of experience in HR/payroll within hospitals, healthcare, or similar industries.

*Comprehensive knowledge of payroll softwares, Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, and all statutory requirements.

*Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

*Ability to work independently as well as part of a HR team.
