We required for vilas transcore limited for HR Executive position . Job Summary The HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as ensuring organizational compliance with statutory labor laws and regulations. The role requires hands-on experience with Sping and PAYROLL software for effective payroll administration, data management, and statutory compliance reporting. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management:Process monthly payroll accurately using Sping and PAYROLL software. Maintain up-to-date payroll records including attendance, leave balances, overtime, and salary revisions. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, incentives, reimbursements, and full & final settlements. Handle payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally. Statutory Compliance:Ensure payroll compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc. Generate and file statutory returns (PF, ESI, TDS, LWF, etc.) within the required timelines. Maintain statutory records and liaise with government authorities as needed. Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and HR compliance. HR Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee master data in the system. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management and audit purposes. Prepare and distribute payslips, Form 16, and compliance certificates. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies related to compensation and benefits. Software & System Usage:Utilize Sping and PAYROLL software for payroll processing, compliance tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve system issues or implement updates. Ensure data security, backup, and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll and compliance. Proven experience using Sping and PAYROLL software (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. Key Skills & Competencies Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in Excel, TDS, and compliance reporting tools Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage confidential information Skills: excel,payroll processing,data,compliance reporting,software,data management,payroll software,esi,payroll,compliance,management,tds,processing,statutory compliance,sping software,reporting,payroll management
