HR Executive

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and salary data.
  
• Calculate salaries, deductions, incentives, and arrears.
  
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc., as applicable).
  
• Generate payslips and handle payroll-related queries from employees.
  
• Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement and reporting.
  

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
  
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Schedule interviews, coordinate selection processes, and issue offer letters.
  
• Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
  

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, HRMIS data, and personnel files.
  
• Prepare HR reports related to payroll, recruitment, and attrition.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
  
• Support audits and inspections related to payroll and HR compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in

  Human Resources, Commerce, or Business Administration

  .
• Proven experience in

  payroll processing and recruitment

  .
• Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll software

  .
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in

  schools, educational institutions, or multi-location organizations

  .
• Familiarity with CBSE / school HR processes is an added advantage.
