Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and job descriptions

Manage employee life cycle – joining, confirmation, appraisal, exit formalities, etc.

Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks

Maintain employee records and HRMS system accurately

Handle payroll coordination and attendance management

Address employee grievances and ensure smooth resolution

Support in performance management processes and training coordination

Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR audits

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an HR executive/generalist role

Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor regulations

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Candidate:

Residing in or near Pitampura or willing to commute

Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: ₹25,293.25 - ₹30,963.86 per month
