Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Salary Range: 20,000/- to 22,000/- (AS PER EXP)

Location: Barsuan, Sundargarh

Job Summary:

The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting and implementing human resource strategies, processes, and practices across the organization. This position is responsible for handling the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance & payroll management, employee relations, training coordination, and maintaining up-to-date employee records. The role ensures HR activities align with company policies and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
  • Maintain a talent pool and support in job postings and candidate databases.
  • Conduct onboarding processes and orientation programs for new hires.

2. Attendance & Payroll

  • Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Coordinate with the finance team or external vendors for monthly payroll processing.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, leaves, and deductions.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical files).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support in handling statutory compliance – PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

5. Training & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing learning programs.
  • Track training attendance and feedback for improvements.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Min. 6 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Familiarity with labor legislation
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
