Job Title: Admission Counsellor Location: Sambalpur Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and personable Admission Counsellor to join our team. The Admission Counsellor will serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, have strong communication skills, and play a key role in promoting the school’s values and academic offerings. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective parents and students via phone, email, and in-person. Conduct campus tours, orientations, and information sessions to promote the school’s programs and facilities. Guide applicants and their families through the complete admissions process—from inquiry to enrollment. Maintain and update the student admissions database, ensuring accuracy of records and follow-up communication. Collaborate with the school administration to plan and implement admission-related events and marketing initiatives. Evaluate applications and coordinate with academic staff for interviews, entrance tests, and assessments. Ensure timely communication of admission decisions and manage waitlists as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the school’s curriculum, extracurricular activities, and achievements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in education, Marketing, Communication, or related field. Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English speaking. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admissions management software. Working Hours: 7:30am to 3:00pm Experience: Min 2 to 5 Years in Admission Counselling Salary Range: 25,000/- to 45,000/- As per experience (Accommodation and fooding included) ONLY FOR OUT OF ODISHA PERSON...
