Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Mulshi, Pune. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective families and students through the admission process, managing inquiries, conducting campus tours, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and incoming students. Day-to-day tasks also include evaluating applications, providing clear communication about school programs and policies, and collaborating with the school’s marketing and admissions team to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to build connections with parents and students.
• Experience in customer service, with an emphasis on delivering excellent client experiences.
• Knowledge of or experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing applications and documentation.
• Proficiency in English and additional language skills would be beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education-related qualifications are an advantage.
