Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR generalist functions, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Handle employee documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and maintaining employee records.
Support in drafting HR letters, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support HR policies implementation.
Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
Working knowledge of HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho, GreytHR, etc.) preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
