As a Business Development Manager at Natter Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a growing marketing & advertising agency, your role will involve driving growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and unlocking business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business by generating leads and acquiring clients for services like Social Media Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, and Video Production. - Build and nurture long-term client relationships. - Conduct market research and analyze trends to shape sales strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals & pitch decks. - Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals. Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of agency-side experience in business development (advertising, digital, or BTL). - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. - Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills. - Proven track record of client acquisition & relationship management. - Ability to identify upselling opportunities & deliver on revenue targets. - Confident, self-motivated, and business-oriented mindset.
