Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to oversee the full recruitment cycle and manage employee-related functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee engagement and compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Draft and post job openings across job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-up communication.

2. Employee Onboarding & Management

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in performance evaluation cycles.
  • Support payroll processing and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and suggest improvements.
  • Organize training, team-building activities, and HR events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
