· Maintain and update employee records in internal databases. · Prepare HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.). · Manage employee attendance, leave records, and monthly timesheets. · Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs. · Support implementation of HR processes, policies, and procedures. · Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. · Complete pre-employment documentation and background verification. · Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. · Prepare and share payroll input data (attendance, leave, deductions, and reimbursements). · Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company regulations. · Maintain and file statutory documents (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) where applicable. · Handle HR documentation and secure confidential employee information. · Prepare an advertisement For hiring image. · Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. · 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations. · Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and documentation. · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
