As a Recruitment and HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks related to recruitment, compliance, training, performance management, onboarding, and general HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling End to End Recruitment process which involves sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting salary negotiations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. - Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and implementing company policies and procedures recommended by the management. - Coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing reports on the same. - Assisting in managing appraisals, promotions, increments, and the performance management cycle. - Managing onboarding and exit formalities, including full & final settlements for exiting employees. - Tracking attendance and maintaining leave records accurately. - Performing any other miscellaneous duties as required by the management for the smooth functioning of HR operations.
