Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring company rules and regulations are followed and reinforcing compliance. - Maintaining and ensuring the smooth functioning of DG, ACs, infrastructure, and electrical systems. - Handling grievance related to infrastructure and resolving them effectively. - Improving the overall efficiency of the administration processes. - Managing purchase and vendor relationships effectively. - Proficiency in managing GST, TDS, and bank remittance processes. - Conducting stock maintenance and keeping track of inventory. - Reviewing and monitoring non-IT material movements. - Ensuring that Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) processes related to material movements are followed and well-documented. - Generating necessary reports and metrics to evaluate performance. - Willingness to handle any additional tasks assigned by top management.
