Infrastructure Management Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtual machines, and storage systems. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure services. Administer virtualization platforms. Maintain cloud resources including compute, storage, and identity services. 2. Network Administration Configure and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Ensure secure and reliable LAN/WAN operations. 3. Security & Compliance Implement and maintain OS patches, security updates, and system hardening. Manage endpoint protection, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management tools. Enforce data security, access control, and compliance policies (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, etc.). 4. Backup & Disaster Recovery Develop and maintain backup schedules, monitoring, and restoration procedures. Maintain disaster recovery plans and participate in periodic DR drills. 5. Monitoring & Performance Optimization Monitor system logs, resource utilization, and application performance. Proactively diagnose issues and implement preventive maintenance.   6. Technical Support & Documentation Provide Tier 2/3 support for system, network, and server issues. Maintain complete documentation of infrastructure, configurations, and processes. Assist in IT project planning and execution.
