Job Description

As a Recruitment Executive, your role involves handling End to End Recruitment processes. This includes sourcing candidates from job portals and other resources, scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries, and ensuring smooth follow-up until joining. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates from job portals and other resources - Schedule interviews and coordinate the recruitment process - Negotiate salaries with potential candidates - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements - Implement company policies, procedures, and documentation recommended by the management - Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate training programs effectiveness - Assist in managing appraisals, promotions, increments, and the performance management cycle - Handle onboarding and exit formalities, including full & final settlement for exiting employees - Track attendance and maintain leave records - Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the management for the smooth functioning of operations Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of statutory requirements related to recruitment and HR processes - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment In addition to the job responsibilities, the company values efficiency and adherence to policies for the successful execution of HR operations.,
