Job Description

As an HR Executive at HR Hub in Calicut, your role involves sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. You will be responsible for posting job openings on various platforms and ensuring visibility across networks. Additionally, you will coordinate and conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates, as well as schedule and manage online and offline interviews. Your role will also include communicating interview details to candidates and following up post-interview. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals - Post job openings on various platforms and ensure visibility across networks - Coordinate and conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates - Schedule and manage online and offline interviews - Communicate interview details to candidates and follow up post-interview - Assist in orientation sessions for onboarding employees - Maintain up-to-date recruitment and employee databases - Handle monthly reporting of recruitment and resignation analysis of all the regions - Generate reports as required by management or regional offices Qualifications Required: - Language: English (Preferred) Please note that the work location for this role is in person at HR Hub, Calicut.,
