KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLED REQUIRED:

  • Attendance Reports:

    Finalized and reported by the end of each month.
  • Salary Processing:

    Salaries should be processed and disbursed by the 1st-5th of each month.
  • PF, ESIC, and LWF Challans:

    Challans must be prepared and submitted to the authorities by the 15th of each month.
  • Dojo Audit:

    Monthly audits should be conducted and reported, ensuring all training programs meet Maruti vendor standards.
  • Statutory and Vendor Reporting:

    All statutory reports and vendor-specific audits must be completed on time, ensuring compliance with internal and Maruti vendor requirements.
  • Knowledge of Statutory Laws:

    Understanding of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), and Labour Welfare Fund regulations.
  • Attention to Detail:

    Ability to ensure the accuracy of attendance, payroll, and statutory contributions.
  • Proficiency in HR Software:

    Experience in using HR management software (HRMS) for payroll and statutory reporting.
  • Strong Analytical Skills:

    Ability to analyze discrepancies in attendance, salary, and statutory contributions, and take corrective actions.
  • Vendor-Specific Compliance:

    Familiarity with Maruti vendor requirements, especially for training dojo audits and quality standards.
  • Audit Preparation

    : Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits related to payroll, statutory compliance, and training programs.
  • Vendor Audits:

    Actively prepare for and participate in vendor audits (such as Marutis training dojo and operational audits), ensuring the company meets all requirements.
  • Communication Skills:

    Effective communication with employees regarding salary queries, deductions, and statutory compliance.
