Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Udaipur. The HR Executive will handle tasks related to HR management, Recruitments, implementing and overseeing HR policies, managing day-to-day HR operations, and facilitating effective employee relations. Additional responsibilities include performance management and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources (HR) frameworks
Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace concerns effectively
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in employee management is advantageous
Proficiency in using HR software and tools is preferred
