Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain updated database of candidates and job postings.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
Handle employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager.
Foster a positive and compliant work environment.

3. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management:

Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
Ensure timely submission of attendance and leave data.

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain and update employee personnel files and HRMS records.
Assist in HR audits, policy implementation, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

5. Training & Development:

Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Track employee performance appraisals and development plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
