Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR roles (preferably in [industry]).
• Good understanding of HR processes and Indian labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Excel, HRMS, or similar tools).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and support roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Handle onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Maintain employee records and attendance reports.
• Assist in payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Act as a point of contact between management and staff.
