Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive/Manager with minimum 2 years of experience to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human capital management. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) and manage HR databases. Handle onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Support current and future business needs through talent development and retention. Address employee relations issues and grievances. Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Organize training & development initiatives to foster growth and productivity. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR roles (for Executive); 5+ years (for Manager level). Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software/tools. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
