Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 4–8 years (preferably in jewellery, luxury, or manufacturing industry)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the jewellery division — including production, design, sales, marketing, retail, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have strong networking ability, industry understanding, and proven experience in attracting top talent within the gems & jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking within the jewellery ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles such as CAD Designers, Merchandisers, Production Managers, Sales Executives, and Retail Associates.
  • Conduct initial HR screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies when required.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and uphold employer branding standards.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source efficiency, etc.) to optimize hiring processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of roles across jewellery manufacturing, design, and retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on quality and timelines.
  • Knowledge of HR software or ATS systems preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably from jewellery, luxury, or retail manufacturing sectors).

Compensation:

Competitive salary as per industry standards, along with performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,284.39 - ₹29,700.51 per month
