Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels to attract candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations:

  • Manage employee records, documentation, and HRIS systems.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll team with attendance and leave data.

Employee Engagement & Support:

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal process.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Information Technology / Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

Exposure to HR analytics and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
