Job Title: HR Executive (Generalist)

Core Responsibilities

The role is generally split across several key areas of human resources management:

• Payroll Support
• Assisting with payroll processing by providing necessary data and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with basic laws and regulations related to attendance and leaves.
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Handling day-to-day employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
• Supporting employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Acting as a bridge between employees and management to ensure smooth workplace operations.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Preparing and maintaining various HR reports and documentation for management.
• HR Operations and Administration
• Overseeing attendance and leave management using HR software or MS Excel.
• Maintaining and updating accurate employee records in the HR database.
• Handling joining formalities and new employee onboarding processes.
• Managing exit procedures and documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR role.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
