Additionally, you will oversee recruitment and selection activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Your role will involve managing compensation and benefits programs, which includes overseeing salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits. It will be essential to maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly safety and environmental policies.
