Postion: HR Manager - Payroll and Factory Compliance

Job Description:

• Timely attendance and payroll
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
• Manage employee and contractor relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
• Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
• Payroll related statutory knowledge including PF, ESIC, PT, OT rules

Qualifications & Experience:

· A minimum of 5-6 years in HR and factory compliance

· Bachelor’s degree

· Strong team player with a collaborative approach, capable of building positive

relationships across departments.

· Good written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage

with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
