Billing Executive - Bengaluru

Require candidate for our client, a reputed manufacturer of Safety Equipements. Position: Billing Executive Job Description Seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage the invoicing and billing operations of our company. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate billing, maintain billing records, and support the finance team in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients based on purchase orders or service completion Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Dispatch) to gather billing inputs Maintain up-to-date billing records and follow up on discrepancies Monitor accounts receivable and co-ordinate with Credit control team for payment collections Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing-related queries Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tax laws (GST, TDS, etc.) Generate billing reports for internal use and audits Support month-end closing activities related to billing Key Skills Required: Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Familiarity with billing software and accounting tools (SAP) Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxation rules Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts-related roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have as a Billing / Invoicing Executive?
