Require Operations Manager for our Client specializing in Safety Equipments Job Description: 1. Supply Chain Management: o Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. o Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. o Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve supply chain efficiency. 2. Warehouse Management: o Manage warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. o Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse layout, inventory accuracy, and order picking processes. o Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. 3. Inventory Management: o Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize excess inventory. o Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies. o Forecast demand and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels. 4. Service Activity Management: o Oversee all service-related activities, ensuring that customer service standards are met or exceeded. o Coordinate with service teams to schedule and execute maintenance, repairs, and other service tasks. o Track service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. 5. Order Fulfilment: o Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. o Monitor the order processing workflow, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline operations. o Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any issues related to order fulfilment. Candidate: Should have minimum 2 years of experience in SCM, Warehouse Manager, Inventory Management, Service Activity Management and Order Fulfilment. Should have good knowledge of SAP and proven track record in managing end to end operations.
