Data Entry Operator - Bhiwandi

Require candidate for our client, a manufacturer of bespoke wooden furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Input: Entering data from various sources (paper documents, electronic files, etc.) into computer systems and databases.
• Data Verification: Checking data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correcting any discrepancies.
• Data Maintenance: Updating and maintaining databases, ensuring data is accurate and current.
• Data Organization: Organizing and managing both digital and physical records.
• Report Generation: Creating reports, spreadsheets, and other documents based on data analysis.
• Data Security: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Clerical Tasks: Performing various clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents.

Required Skills:

• Typing Speed and Accuracy: Fast and accurate typing skills are essential.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
• Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and other data entry software.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage both digital and physical records.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Experience : Should have minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
