HR Executive (Generalist)

Job Title: HR Executive – Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Location: Kirti Nagar HO

Reports To: AGM HR

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement & Relations:

 Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.

 Address employee queries and grievances, escalating complex issues when needed.

 Support in implementing employee feedback surveys and action plans.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management:

 Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.

 Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.

 Monitor statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS) and resolve discrepancies.

3. HR Operations & Administration:

 Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.

 Handle documentation such as confirmation letters, experience letters, warnings, etc.

 Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and compliance manuals.

4. Statutory Compliance:

 Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

 Assist in audits and liaise with external consultants for compliance checks.

5. Performance Management:

 Support in the performance appraisal process and maintaining evaluation data.

 Track probation periods, appraisal cycles, and training needs.

 Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.

 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

 1–3 years of relevant experience as an HR Executive or Generalist.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
