The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. This includes handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record maintenance, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide operational support to line managers and HR Director/Managers in employee relations issues to ensure proper HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, screening resumes).
• Support various administrative tasks (related to international assignments, payments, orders) and pro-actively provide suggestions for improvement in these areas
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance appraisals, etc.).
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and validating data
• Prepare HR-related reports as required
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software Eg. HRMS
