Extensive knowledge of automobile manufacturing processes, sheet metal, press shop, welding and painting. Should have proven track record of delivering consistent quality using various Quality control methods. Experience in Tool Design, audit and management. Should have experience in New Product Development. Experience in handling sub-vendor management for arranging piece parts in time for production. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive continuous improvement, and achieve results. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in relevant software and systems used within the manufacturing facility. Roles & Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment a ctivities for plant-level positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees at the plant ensuring proper documentation, ID creation, and initial training coordination. Coordinate with the Statutory Compliance team to ensure adherence to labour laws, PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and share HR reports , MIS, and dashboards related to manpower, attrition, recruitment, and statutory compliance. Coordinate with contract workforce and vendors for outsourced manpower management and compliance documentation. Maintain and update HR records, files, and employee database both physically and digitally. Support day-to-day HR operations such as notice circulation, policy communication, and plant-level coordination.
