Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support

    end-to-end recruitment a

    ctivities for plant-level positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees at the plant ensuring proper documentation, ID creation, and initial training coordination.
  • Coordinate with the Statutory Compliance team to ensure adherence to labour laws, PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and share

    HR reports

    , MIS, and dashboards related to manpower, attrition, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with contract workforce and vendors for

    outsourced manpower management

    and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain and update

    HR records, files, and employee database

    both physically and digitally.
  • Support

    day-to-day HR operations

    such as notice circulation, policy communication, and plant-level coordination.
