HR Internship

As an HR Intern at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews - Supporting in conducting new employee orientation and onboarding activities - Assisting in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system - Participating in HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives - Providing support in organizing and maintaining personnel files and HR documents - Assisting with employee relations activities and grievance handling - Conducting research on HR best practices and presenting findings - Assisting in creating HR policies and procedures - Supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects - Contributing to the coordination of employee training and development programs Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or done with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong organizational and time management skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task - Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment - Basic understanding of HR principles and practices - Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently - Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus,
