Job Title : L2 NOC Engineer Location : Noida Shift: 24x7 rotational Job Summary: The L2 NOC Engineer will be responsible for in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and advanced incident handling, ensuring network stability and optimal performance. The role requires strong technical expertise to resolve escalated issues and collaborate with L3 engineers for complex problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced troubleshooting of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure. - Root cause analysis for recurring incidents and long-term resolution strategies. - Incident escalation management- providing detailed analysis to L3 teams when needed. - Configuration management - implementing network changes, patch updates, and system optimizations. - Monitoring & performance tuning - analyzing network health metrics for proactive issue prevention. - Documentation & reporting - maintaining detailed incident reports and process improvement recommendations. - Security & compliance adherence - ensuring best practices for firewall policies, VPN setups, and access controls. - Collaboration with vendors & ISPs for hardware replacements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
