Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage and streamline all human resource functions within our machine manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will align HR operations with business goals while fostering a high-performance, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and factory roles

- Coordinate with department heads to assess manpower needs

- Screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates within set timelines

2. Payroll & Compliance

- Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave tracking

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factories Act, etc.)

- Maintain accurate HR records and statutory registers

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Serve as a link between management and employees

4. Performance Management

- Coordinate the appraisal process and track individual KPIs.

- Work with department heads to drive performance culture.

- Implement training and development initiatives.

5. Policy & Administration

- Draft, implement, and regularly update company policies in line with labor laws.

- Maintain personnel files, HRMS data, and manage documentation.

- Coordinate audits and ensure proper records for ISO and customer audits.

6. Training & Development

- Identify training needs in coordination with production, service, and quality departments.

- Organize technical, safety, and soft-skills training programs.

- Track effectiveness and maintain training records.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic HRMS tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
