Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring smooth administration of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and making job offers.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Assist with the development and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Employee Relations & Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and more.
  • Support the resolution of employee grievances and concerns, working closely with managers and employees to promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting up performance reviews and managing feedback mechanisms.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR software and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and assist with payroll preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Training & Development:
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing internal or external training sessions for employees.
  • Help track employee development programs and performance appraisals.
  • HR Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports related to employee turnover, attendance, and other metrics.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance regarding HR practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
