Recruitment & Workforce Planning Plan manpower as per production requirements. Source & onboard workers, technicians, engineers, and staff. Maintain employee database and documentation. Training & Development Conduct induction for new employees. Plan skill enhancement programs for shop-floor team. Maintain training matrix and attendance records. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain daily attendance, OT records, leave management. Handle payroll inputs and employee monthly payout coordination. Ensure statutory compliance: PF / ESIC / PT / Bonus / Gratuity / Factory Act Maintain statutory registers & inspections Performance Management Define KPIs with department heads. Conduct performance appraisal process. Reward & recognition programs. Employee Relations & Engagement Resolve grievances & maintain workplace discipline. Conduct communication meetings, safety week, celebrations. Promote positive culture & reduce attrition.
