HR Operations & Compliance Maintain daily attendance, OT records, leave management. Handle payroll inputs and employee monthly payout coordination. Design and develop components, assemblies, and complete packaging machines (Multihead / Auger Filler). Create 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks / AutoCAD. Work closely with the Production, Electrical, and R&D teams for machine integration and assembly. Modify and optimize existing designs for better performance and cost-effectiveness. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and support procurement with technical specifications. Ensure standardization of components and documentation. Conduct design feasibility studies and machine performance trials. Support service and maintenance teams in resolving design-related issues. Maintain version control and drawing updates for all design projects. Ensure designs comply with industry safety standards and customer requirements.

Plan and execute daily posts on platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business). Create, edit, and publish content (images, videos, reels, and stories). Manage company pages and ensure consistent brand messaging. Coordinate with design and production teams for photos/videos of machines. Run ad campaigns for leads and product awareness (Facebook Ads / Google Ads). Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
