Job Description

To build a strong digital presence for Deshmukh Industries by managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving customer awareness for our packaging machines. Plan and execute daily posts on platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business). Create, edit, and publish content (images, videos, reels, and stories). Manage company pages and ensure consistent brand messaging. Coordinate with design and production teams for photos/videos of machines. Run ad campaigns for leads and product awareness (Facebook Ads / Google Ads). Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports. Respond to inquiries and engage with followers professionally. Research industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with sales and management to promote new machines or events.
