Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive cum Recruiter Industry: Pest Control Services Location: Bangalore, JP Nager Experience:1–3 Years (Field-service / service-industry experience preferred) Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing Handle end-to-end recruitment for field staff (Technicians, Operators), Sales Executives, Supervisors, and Office Staff. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local hiring channels. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads. Ensure timely closure of backlog and urgent positions, especially field roles. Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring MIS. HR Operations Manage employee onboarding and induction, including document verification. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws) in coordination with consultants. Handle employee confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements. Field Staff & Workforce Management Coordinate hiring and deployment of technicians and service staff. Track manpower availability, absenteeism, and attrition. Support operations team in resolving field workforce issues. Performance & Discipline Assist in performance tracking, probation reviews, and appraisals. Handle employee grievances, warnings, and disciplinary actions when required. Ensure adherence to company policies, attendance, and service standards. Compliance & Documentation Maintain HR files, contracts, ID cards, and uniform records. Support audits and internal HR reporting. Prepare monthly HR reports (Headcount, Attrition, Recruitment Status). Training & Engagement Coordinate basic training programs for new joiners (safety, SOPs, pest control norms). Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Management. Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Experience in service industry / pest control / facility management preferred. Good communication skills (English & local language). Ability to work under pressure and close positions on time. Proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS, and email communication.
