Job Description

A Pest Control Technician is responsible for inspecting, identifying, and controlling pest infestations in residential, commercial, and industrial premises. The technician ensures that all pest management activities comply with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Inspect buildings and surroundings for signs of pest infestation. Identify the type of pest and determine the best course of action for treatment. Apply pest control chemicals and traps safely and effectively. Perform regular service visits as per the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedule. Maintain accurate records of treatments, materials used, and areas serviced. Advise clients on preventive measures to avoid future infestations. Follow all safety protocols while handling pesticides and equipment. Respond promptly to client service calls or complaints. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition. Report daily activities and service status to the Operations Executive or Supervisor. Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10th / 12th pass; ITI or technical background preferred. Prior experience in pest control or related field is an advantage. Knowledge of different pest species and control methods. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit and comfortable working in various environments. Valid driving license (preferred). Work Environment: Field-based role, involving travel to client locations. May involve working in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Must adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.
