HR Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Support performance management and appraisal processes Coordinate training and development programs Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Candidate Profile: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply Immediate joiners preferred What We Offer: Growth-oriented work environment Learning and development opportunities Competitive salary package Supportive and professional HR culture
