The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a customer centric approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;- *Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. * Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions or services. *Manage and grow existing customer accounts. *Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. * Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPI’s. *Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM. * Coordinate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely service fulfillment. *Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. ELIGIBILITY CRIETERIA;- * Any graduates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Freshers or 1years experience *Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  *Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and goal orientation.
