Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

• Willing to work in US time zones

• This role requires night shift work from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

• Onsite from Day 1 at Begumpet, Hyderabad

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive who is an MBA graduate to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. This role is ideal for MBA fresh graduates eager to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience across core HR functions.

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination

• Support employee onboarding and induction processes

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Assist with HR documentation, policies, and compliance-related tasks

• Coordinate with internal teams on attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs

• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications

• Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information

• Assist HR managers with day-to-day administrative tasks

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Mandatory)

• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience

• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Exposure to recruitment portals or LinkedIn sourcing

• Internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus

• Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
