Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Only Male Candidates with Immediate joiner

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting all human resource

functions within the school, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll

coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance. The role requires close

coordination with the academic, admin, and operations teams to ensure smooth HR

functioning across the campus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

 Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling

interviews, and issuing offer letters.

 Maintain a database of potential candidates for academic and non-academic positions.

 Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

 Maintain and update employee personnel files, records, and HRMS data accurately.

 Ensure timely collection and verification of joining documents, ID proofs, and

PAN/Aadhaar details.

 Manage contract renewals and confirmation processes.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

 Track and monitor employee attendance, leave, and absenteeism reports.

 Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.

 Handle queries related to attendance, leave, and salary discrepancies.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

 Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, staff events, and celebrations.

 Support the implementation of employee welfare initiatives and recognition programs.

 Maintain a healthy and positive work culture within the school.

5. Performance Management

 Assist in coordinating the annual appraisal and performance review process.

 Maintain records of goal-setting and appraisal discussions.

6. Exit Formalities

 Conduct exit interviews and process full & final settlements.

 Ensure clearance and handover formalities are completed properly.

Qualification & Experience:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources

 1 - 3 years of experience in HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
