Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the Bhiwandi location, including recruitment, attendance & payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and supporting management with HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate database.
• Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance and leave records through biometric or manual systems.
• Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
• Maintain employee attendance, overtime, and shift records accurately.

3. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely submission of PF, ESIC, and other statutory contributions.
• Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with labor consultants/auditors during inspections.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Maintain healthy workplace relations between management and staff.
• Handle grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.
• Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.

5. Documentation & HR Administration

• Maintain and update personnel files and HR database.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.
• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
• Ability to handle workforce at plant/warehouse level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
